1.Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in a supervisory role working with Shopping Mall, Hospitality, Tourism etc
2. Diploma or Degree in Communication /Tourism / Hospitality.
3.Excellent Communication skills – Native Arabic Speaker ( English would be an added advantage )
4.Computer skills - MS word / Excel skills preferred.
5.Customer Service Attitude, Cheerful & Vibrant personality, Customer Handling Skills etc
