•Responsible and accountable to the Rail Systems Manager.

•Represents PMCS, and specifically, the Rail Systems Manager, with regard to the Construction project before Qatar Rail  as far as the Rail Systems construction and installation works are concerned.

•Responsible for the management PMCS oversight of the facilities work involving construction, HSE and quality issues and  coordination and interface with the MSI Contractor and the other civil works contractors.

•Adheres to and implements the Construction Management Plan. 

•Ensuring effective implementation and execution of the PMCS QMS.

•Create and promote a continual improvement approach among the team members

•Fosters a team approach for overall team satisfaction and moral and to enhance internal communications and assure  strong working relationships.
