Quantum Search is a Dubai based Recruitment Consultancy established in 2008.

• Must have a strong background in formal training, especially in provision of merchandise & product training / soft skills / customer service in the   Retail sector 

• A minimum of 6 years’ formal experience is required ideally with tertiary or formal training qualifications 

• Good understanding of the Retail sector with experience in either Fashion, Beauty or Cosmetics, Department Stores experience is essential 

• Passion, drive and above all enthusiasm for retail 

• Must have excellent planning, time management, presentation & communication skills

• Ability to design templates for needs analysis and ability to facilitate workshop programs 

• Exceptional people skills with the ability to “capture an audience”

• Strong people management and allocation of tasks 

• Ability to speak English and Arabic is essential
