Linum Consult is a niche global consultancy specialising in international recruitment of white collar workers across the Construction & Engineering, Mining and Oil & Gas sectors. (Zambia)

• Degree educated at a reputable university, preferably in an HR-related subject

• 8 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within an Engineering industry (Mining, Construction, Oil&Gas, etc.)

• Bilingual in both spoken and written French and English

• Strong history of people management, with excellent communication and organisation skills
