In this role, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of the assigned modules/applications to meet the business requirements. You will be involved in various phases of project life cycle including development, testing, quality assurance and support. Experience in Oracle ERP HRMS modules especially Payroll is essential and Airline domain would be an added advantage. You must assist team in any production issues reported for problem analysis and resolve in timely manner.To be successful in the role you must hold a Degree or Honors in Engineering/Computer Science/ Mathematics/Sciences/Commerce. You must have at least 4-6 years of total experience in IT and hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP HRMS modules - like Core HR, Payroll, OLM, SSHR and Oracle Application Framework (OAF). The applicant should also have good planning, organizing and communication skills.
