•20 years post qualification experience successfully delivering roads and drainage services to large complex  networks with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

•Technical team leadership skills and ability to inspire excellence.

•Commercially astute with a good knowledge of contracts.

•Bilingual language skills in English and Arabic are essential.

•Technical Knowledge with a very high level of knowledge and experience in roads and drainage projects. 

•Computer literate and thoroughly conversant with MS Office suite and planning software packages such as  Primavera.
