As the ideal candidate, you will have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field with 05+ years’ experience in advanced targeted sourcing, specifically in the Middle East and Africa region, Knowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications, Executive headhunting, researcher experience is an advantage, Demonstrated success with various sourcing and recruiting strategies and techniques, Knowledge of CRM tool and experience leveraging the tool to source candidates as well as manage relationships, Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, preferably certified, Ability to talk about ABB and explain our business, company culture, values and EVP, Proven track record of successfully identifying candidates under tight deadlines and ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment, Experience with utilization of a variety of proven talent platforms and resources such as social media, major internet job boards, industry-specific blogs / discussion boards, onsite/offsite social engagement events, partnering with trusted professional networks and establishing active presence with local colleges / universities, Ability to provide consultative recommendations to hiring managers and the management team, Excellent command of English.
