• Degree in Engineering in relevant discipline 

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in FPS (Fire Protection Systems) in substations

• Experience / approval in UAE/Qatar substation utilities authorities like DEWA/ADWEA for FPS works

• Experience in Pre and Post Tender clarification and evaluations.

• Experience in design reviews of drawings/ calculations/ method statements/ testing procedures.

• Good expert judgment during contractor fails to achieve planned activities at site.
