The qualifications and skills that we are looking for:
• Professional spoken and written business English communication.
• Demonstrated in-house payroll experience of at least 4 years.
• Good knowledge of UAE labour law.
• Analytical thinking, consultative skills and project management experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships and develop credibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any Finance or HR related field.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai with at least 4 years experience in a multinational environment. Be professionally presented with a sound work ethic and approachable demeanour.
