• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) with a minimum of 20 years of post-graduate experience with 5 years at management level on large scale industrial and infrastructure projects including wet utilities.

• Relative experience in testing and commissioning of substations, district cooling plant and SCADA systems.

• Ability to run comprehensive projects concurrently.

•Candidates must have experience in construction management with the capability to develop overall procedures with respect to testing of all aspects of the project including major mechanical and electrical systems in cooperation with utility providers, consultants and contractors. This includes pump stations, electrical sub stations, sewage treatment plants, etc.

•Knowledge of principles and practices of safety management, computer hardware and software and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) is required
