-Have at least 15 years experience in construction management with extensive knowledge of the construction of roads  along with associated dry utilities and ducting. 

-Degree educated - relevant engineering degree - infrastructure/civil etc. 

-Be based in Qatar or at least have GCC experience and a sound knowledge of local regulations.
